1) If the technical difficulty is due to a bug in our software,
the fee will be waived.
2) A support "incident" is whatever minutes, hours or
days that it might take to fully resolve a support issue reported
by a customer. That's a standard used by Microsoft and many other
large companies. We consider it a better way of offering support
because our technicians can be as thorough as needed in troubleshooting
and resolving issues as well as discussing and explaining various
options without the customer needing to be concerned about using
and running-up any support time limits. The focus can then truly
be on resolving the issue at hand, regardless of how long it takes.
3) Technical support assistance is not able to guarantee a solution
for every problem.
4) Technical support is available for the current version of Surgery WorksTM and one main version prior -- currently v2.x and v1.x.
5) Rates are in U.S. Dollars.
