All of us at Solution Works believe that providing superior support and personal customer service on all of our products is the key element of our business philosophy.

Types of Technical Support Services:

Complimentary Technical Support

For new installations of Surgery WorksTM, we provide you with complimentary technical support for 30 days (to cover up to three (3) incidents within the complimentary support period. After 30 days, you can opt for one of the following support options:


Annual Maintenance Plan
Once the complimentary support period has expired, you have access to technical support on a per-incident basis or by purchasing an Annual Maintenance Plan.


Per-Incident Support
We are available for all customers. For those customers who choose not to enroll in an annual maintenance plan, we offer a Per-Incident Technical Support option.



Software Updates and Patches

Software Updates and Patches are available free of charge to all customers who are enrolled in an annual maintenance plan. Any patches that are released to fix a vulnerability or other software bug will be provided free of charge to all customers, regardless of their enrollment in a maintenance plan.



Software Upgrades

Software upgrades are enhancements or benefits released with a new version of the software. Upgrades are not provided free of charge but are discounted by 50-70% for all customers who have a maintenance plan.
